  Was on the phone for 30 minutes making a reservation and I show up and they got the time wrong by 3 hours. They also charged me for insurance I didn’t need. I go to cancel and they have a $150 cancel fee. My total rental was $188. I was on the phone for another 40 min trying to cancel. They said they have a claim number and will call me in 24 hours. This was all because of their mistake and they aren’t taking any responsibility. They are a scam I will never do any business with them again

  What a scam. I called and asked for an extension and they said no issues, and the person billed my card $307 additional automatically. Use Turo instead. Always. These people are a joke.

  The rental office charged me over $120 in late charges, despite my returning my car on time. Because I was returning my car from a different location, the attendant said she needed to "confirm my rental with the other location", and then did not process my return for several hours, leading to the late charges. Budget Rental needs to resolve this charge, this is a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat customers. Really disappointing.

  Got rental recently for an out of town trip. Travon did great making sure it was clean and ready for me. Ashley and DeAnn did great with going through paperwork and answering all my questions. They were very easy to work with and extremely friendly.
