  The store associate who helped me went above and beyond. I was broke down in a parking lot across from the store and he came over and checked my battery for me and helped me get a new battery for my car. He was extremely kind and compassionate, and came to my rescue when I desperately needed it.

  3 months ago I brought back a battery that was still under warranty. They told me it says in the system I returned the battery 3 times. Not true at all. Had to come out of pocket. I let that slide. Two days ago I bought a phone stand for my car. The magnet couldn't hold the weight of my phone so I brought it back. Couldn't find the receipt but I had in my mind I just want to trade it out for another one. I didn't want money back. They go through the return process, scan my ID, and it says return denied. Whoever Otis is(the tall black guy) was more worried about keeping his job than helping me out. Being that I'm a Combat Vet and I was wearing my Veteran hat...Im absolutely appalled and disgusted. I ended up coming out of pocket for a new phone holder for my car. Will never do business with Autozone again.
