  I got 2 cars memberships here after years at the other Lees Summit. Those places were fine. Waterway staff is visible and friendly. Its new, clean and its just better! I don’t know the staff personally but the guy in charge, Thomas, is a good man! Friendly as heck. Try this place. All 40 or so vacuums work, and theres plenty of space to detail your car, or have them do it. They are great at that stuff.

  I paid $45 for the higher level interior clean. It looked like they just used a dry rag to wipe down the inside. Lots of spots still dusty inside and my car wasnt that dirty to start with. Definitely not a thorough vacuum job. I definitely wont be back.

  Manager Michael and staff took great customer service to another level! I wasn't technically a customer I was a stranded motorists with a flat tire. As I exited the interstate looking for safety that little voice inside my head said to turn right. I am so glad I listened because what I found at Waterway Lees Summit was human kindness and a great staff that went above and beyond to assist me! I wish I had the option to give more than a five star rating for Waterway. If you are looking for an awesome place to clean or detail your vehicle or just need to fuel up Waterway should definitely be your choice! I will forever be grateful! Thank you so much!

  I had never heard of Waterway before, but I decided to stop in one day while I was running errands. I was looking to just get my car washed, until I learned that they offer interior cleaning. I decided to get my interior cleaned, for a great price I might add, and they did a marvelous job, my dash and console looked brand new, my windows were all shiny clean and my carpets looked like they’d never seen a crumb before. Well done!

  Staff was friendly however the wash was okay and left the sides of my vehicle covered in black greasy tire shine, little grease dots all over the side of the car. Pictures were taken in the waterway parking lot immediately after wash. (Wouldn't recommend getting a wash with tire shine if you have a lower vehicle) Update: the GM reached out to me personally and offered a refund or coupons for a wash without tire shine, I did not take any as It is not necessary. I added two additional star for the good customer service.
