  Truly, the Safelite Lee Summit office is exceptional. Every single office team member, body shop tech and they’re local dispatched techs we’re kind, helpful and so communicative. They often get overbooked for their dispatch appointment but all were extremely helpful. I 100% recommend just booking a shop appointment at the Safelite Lee Summit location. I got rescheduled for a dispatch appointment and decided to just go into the office and that’s where they were the most helpful. They helped me figure out what parts I needed, helped me find the best value for the parts, helped me get them fixed and change out my back windshield. Corporate should send them bagels for donuts they were that good 10 out of 10.

  Had an awesome experience. My insurance completely covered the cost of the replacement for my windshield and worked with Safelite to make everything super simple for me. And Safelite was great. They came to me and took care of everything. I was shocked at how simple the process was and smooth it all went. The technician was friendly and did a great job too.

  I had a great experience with Safelite. The tech was able to come to my home to replace my windshield and calibrated it as well. My tech, Thomas was very friendly and had a great attitude and was so bubbly. And I loved that about him. He explained to me what was gonna be done to my windshield and about how long it was gonna take. He even cleaned not only my windshield, but my side windows as well. I was not expecting that. Great Customer Service!

  Had an appointment window from 8-12. Technician never showed up. Finally reached out to customer service and even the woman on the phone couldn’t get ahold of the store. Eventually she called the manager and they informed her it should have been rescheduled…no one reached out to me or indicated in any way they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. Should have known this would happen after the 2 hour headache I spent trying to get the appointment and correct glass for my car anyways. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to fix your windows when you need it…

  They tried to reschedule my appointment less than 16 hours prior, via text message with no explanation, after they closed business. Wanted me to go to a location instead of them coming to me as previously agreed. I’m not even mad. Just something I’d never dream of doing to my customers. Really embarrassed for the way they conduct business. I’m glad that smaller companies still let humans talk to humans. My first negative review ever. Congratulations Safelite, maybe your automated service can figure out how to get your business back on track.
