This experience wasn’t great. When I went in the advisor didn’t order the part the first time. Pushed the appointment back once for two weeks. Once I got there the appointment was pushed back another week because the appointment would take too long. They took the roof off and didn’t fully put it back together. Water poured into the car and on me. When taking the car into the dealership for them to diagnose the problem someone in the service department stole items from my car. Not once but twice. After the work was done they once fixed one side, the other side looks glued down not replaced. Bolts are not locked in and the seal is still peeling back. There’s new plastic hanging that wasn’t there before. This is a 2024 Jeep Wrangler One Touch roof.

Have had nothing but bad interactions since buying my wrangler in April 2025. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Sales department was terrible. Our salesman was very inexperienced with jeeps and couldn’t answer questions about features and couldn’t help get the app set up before I left. Service center is horrible. Went to get my jeep fixed and was ignored in the office for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Had to have my top fixed on my jeep and was told by Missy that they would have to replace everything since they can’t buy pieces to fix the rail. Got my quote and was told everything should be here in 8 days. Got a call when it was here and had to wait an additional week to get into the shop. Ok fine. I come in for my appointment at 7 am and didn’t leave till 11. I go home to put my windows in and the drivers window won’t go in. The top was lifted about 2 inches to high for the window to secure on the bottom. Drove back up to the dealership and spoke with the attendant to help me get the window in. He wasn’t able and told me to go to whomever ordered my service. Told Missy that I can’t get my window in and asked if she replaced my top then where are the new windows that come with it? She ignored my question and went to get a tech. Apparently when they installed the top they didn’t stretch out the fabric so it didn’t fit. On top of that Missy said oh we didn’t order you a top I never said that. We ordered you the rails. DO NOT USE Missy!!!!! Oh and this whole adventure cost me $1800 and was overcharged on parts by $400 from mopar’s website. Maybe I’m the jerk for misunderstanding, but When you are told that they are having to replace everything One would think that actually means everything. If that’s not the case, then she needs to be More careful with her phrasing.

I have bought a number of cars that McCarthy over the years and I have always appreciated the speed and ease of being able to do so. Recently I have purchased two new vehicles at this dealership and both times I had the pleasure of dealing with a salesperson by the name Alyssa west. I was impressed by her patients, knowledge of the vehicles that I wanted to look at and her ability to make everything a streamlined and fast as possible. I would recommend anybody ask for her when buying a car from this dealership. They also have a very nice showroom and amenities and a friendly staff.

The service department is extremely unprofessional and rude. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was not put back together with the floor boards exposed and the service manager Dilion was unable to explain why they would return my vehicle not in the same condition it was given to them. This was after standing in the lobby for 4 minutes waiting to be greeted and assisted. Once I was greeted I was sent out to the garage then back inside because no one knew how to assist me with simply retrieving my car. I’ve purchased my last 4 Venice from McCarthy dealerships but this will likely be my last.

I cold-called McCarthy about 30 minutes before closing time on a Thursday night after an extremely frustrating experience with another area dealership. This other dealership told me the vehicle I was looking for, with the options and color I wanted, could not be found anywhere - especially in the price range I had. Frustrated, and now more determined than ever, I called McCarthy. A salesman named Brad answered the phone, and I explained exactly what I was looking for-the exact vehicle, the exact options groups, even the one and only color I wanted and would buy. I told him the last dealership I had been working with for two days finally gave up and told me it couldn't be done. I explained to Brad I was looking for a 2026 Durango Gt Hemi, in Destroyer Gray, with a few very specific options groups on it. Brad kept me on the phone while he searched online using the parameters I gave him. After 30 seconds, he told me he found one about 3 hours away in Iowa! He immediately emailed me over the window sticker and a link to the dealership where it was so I could see the pics. I told him that was The One and he said he could have it here in a couple days. In the 30 minutes before they closed that night, I committed to buying that vehicle, I sent him pics of the vehicle I would be trading, and we came to an agreement on trade value. All over the phone, in 30 minutes. At the end of the business day. He didn't offer to try to sell me a green or black Durango to make it easy or just to try to get a deal, or upgrade the options list, or even up-sell me. He simply found me what I asked for. That sure was a refreshing change compared to some of the recent car-buying experiences I've had. Over the course of the next couple days, Brad answered all of my many phone calls with questions regarding financing, options, warranties, my trade, etc. with great patience and knowledge. A couple days later, as promised, he called me and told me my new vehicle was in and we met later that afternoon to finish the deal. I test drove it, loved it, and bought it. Brad showed me how to navigate through the vehicle options, explained the service procedure, and handed me off to Kevin in the Finance Department. Kevin did a fantastic job of explaining all the options for warranties, service, and financing. He was very easy to talk to and helped me to understand the complicated finance process. Kevin also didn't try to pressure me into buying warranties or extras I didn't want. He just listened to my needs and talked me through the options that best fit those needs. When I took delivery, the vehicle was expertly detailed. Not even a water drop. The tires were shiny and everything was just right. Just the way you want it to be when you spend that kind of money on a new vehicle. For someone with clean-car OCD like me, that's important. So-great job detail department! I would absolutely recommend McCarthy and especially Brad Riley-and now that I know he can sell any vehicle at any of the dealerships in their auto group, why would I go anywhere else? Thanks so much Brad-you made this process so simple and stress-free!!!
