- JEJayde Edgeman6 days ago5.0I’ve been coming to waterway for a couple years now & I’m sooo excited that there’s a new location Lee’s Summit (and it’s right next to a Nektar juice bar! 😭🙌🏻) - I’ve really been enjoying my membership: the price is fair, service is FAST, the employees are so kind, and every time I drive off, my car looks great! I have the “interior clean” membership, which gives me a lot of flexibility. If I’m in a hurry, I just do a quick run through the wash and drive off, I’m usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. If I have some extra time, I can either get my exterior wiped down for me (in the past I’ve always kept a couple microfiber towels in my car before I started coming here to just wipe down afterwards!), OR I can get my interior vacuumed, car wiped down (interior & exterior after my wash) and they give free lil air fresheners 🥹 I felt weird coming here initially because I’ve always been used to cleaning my car myself - but here, they clean it all for you! Highly recommend checking out Waterway, especially this location!
- CHCarrie HamamJan 4, 20261.0I pay for the unlimited car wash “exterior” because I can vacuum and wipe down my own car. I have had other unlimited car wash memberships before but please… Tell me why this is the only one that doesn’t even offer you rags to wipe your car down after what their wash does not clean or dry. 😳 So basically you get your car “washed and dried” then you can only vacuum. If the car wash did not completely wash or dry it, you are just bumming because by the time you get home to a towel its dried and set in. I can pay the same price and be able to towel off what their wash didn’t get and to dust off my inside as well as some have air freshners, tire shine and window cleaner. ALL as part of the unlimited car wash. That’s it for me dog. Y’all I will not be back and a absolutely do not recommend.
- CTCatina TaylorJan 3, 20265.0The membership prices are a bit expensive but if you are a rideshare driver or someone that needs to get their vehicle frequently washed & have the interior cleaned, it is worth it. I would suggest that they offer gas discounts to those that have certain levels of monthly memberships.
