  Staff was friendly however the wash was okay and left the sides of my vehicle covered in black greasy tire shine, little grease dots all over the side of the car. Pictures were taken in the waterway parking lot immediately after wash. (Wouldn't recommend getting a wash with tire shine if you have a lower vehicle) Update: the GM reached out to me personally and offered a refund or coupons for a wash without tire shine, I did not take any as It is not necessary. I added two additional star for the good customer service.

  Raul is helpful and friendly. He was able to explain the options and give information that made it easy to pick the best fit for us. The car wash is acceptable. I prefer the location of the car wash, but have had better washes in the area. The staff is helpful and kind.

  The car wash and gas station is amazing! The prices for the Washes aren't too expensive and they get the job done! Gas here isn't as much as some of the other gas stations in the area aswell. Once you finish with the car was, there are vacuums that you can use to clean up any mess in your car! The staff here are extremely kind and helpful. They have at least one person that greets you and walk around to see how you are doing and offer help if needed. This is by far the best car wash that I have been to!

  Recently took my husband's 4 runner for interior and exterior cleaning and realized upon entry that the rooftop rack was going to prevent exterior wash. However, the manager and general managers, Thomas and Laura went beyond the extra mile to remove the part of the rooftop rack thereby allowing for the exterior car wash! Where do you find this kind of service anymore?! The cleaning was top-notch as well! I'll be returning!

  Very friendly staff! Joined Waterway after "GO-ing" to a different carwash and being tired of frequent breakdowns and water spots left by poor dryers. As I expected from a brand-new carwash, the car comes out almost spotless even without getting out to dry it. What I didn't expect was the number of attendants and how friendly and professional they ALL are. It seems that customer service is a rarity these days - even with employees that work for tips. But it's obvious that the management at Waterway has been training their staff right. I know it's a new business, so time will tell, but given the service now, I don't think it's a fluke. I know they might be a little more costly than some other carwashes, but there's a LOT of value for the money. Oh, and with the member discount, their "Top-Tier" gas is a bargain.
