- DBDoc BatesDec 22, 20251.0This company charged me over $500 in unnecessary charges then refused to remove those charges when I asked politely even though it was for “consumer” level maintenance per the manufacturer of my vehicle. I’ve literally done it before twice and it takes 5 minutes. Also they threw away my windshield wipers and put extremely expensive ones on without asking me and refused to put the old ones back when I reminded them that I didn’t agree to them. The guy at the desk said he didn’t even have any means to reverse the charges even if he “wanted to.” I never agreed to any of those extra charges, but even if I had, I asked for them to be removed before the work was done and they refused. Careful, once they got your keys, you’re swindled.
