It cost $100 for synthetic oil, which is no cheaper than the dealership. When we got home, we discovered a large oil leak all over the driveway. We immediately took the car back to the shop. The staff and manager were very rude and dismissive. Their explanation was that “when we did the oil change, we let the oil run all over the pan and bottom of the car.” Their only attempt to make it right was to offer a free oil change next time — which, given the poor service, we won’t be using. I do not recommend this location. The service was unprofessional, the staff were unfriendly, and the price was no better than the dealer, just messier.

No issues and car is running great. They are also funny nice guys. Best place in Lee’s Summit hands down. I’m so glad they opened up over here!!!
