I get out and walk inside, but there wasn’t anyone at the desk. I go back out and can see one of the individuals that had been pulling cars hanging out and stared at me when I started my vehicle back up. Didn’t bother to walk out and see what I was needing help with, what I needed to do, or anything. AT LEAST GO ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER AND ASK WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR AND LEY THEM KNOW WHAT THEY NEED TO DO.

The last time I went to a quick oil change facility, most of the clips to my skid plate were not replaced, causing it to fall down on my way home. They gave a printed sheet of the services due for my car, which was nice. I highly recommend coming here for car services needed for maintenance!
