    Instead of making peace with their mistakes they overcharged me $1560 for insurance they added that I did not need!!(wouldn’t have caught it if they didn’t send me a bill saying I owed $130 more each month because I didn’t have insurance) I showed proof of full coverage insurance but that person was fired so I guess that was my fault they got fired and they continue to charge me for a year, during that year time I was going though multiple surgeries and just paid my bill like I should to find out they have been billing me the whole time for 120 a month for insurance that I showed proof of! Instead of fixing it they just said that person was fired that received my information.

    I was in and out with my new car in under 90 mins, they really are quick! Tim was awesome, funny and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you need a vehicle.

    Communication sucks from Mend Financial. They will make you sign a contract then give you their rules and threaten you with disabling your car. Was late on a payment and communicated that, everything was fine till I came outside to my car off. Due to them turning my car off and that being my only transportation i fell behind for real. I later found out that legally their not allowed to do so without proper protocol. Its not in their contract but something they came up with and try to MAKE you agree to it! I would say call and talk to Sara but she will probably hang up on you after talking about her car instead of your account. Times I wasnt able to call so I texted them they completely ignored me multiple times but when i sent a cuss word they responded very quickly trying to scold me. If you like games by all means don't walk......RUN!!!! Have fun!

    I would recommend Drive Fast to anyone needing a car, I had a car with them previously and had hit a Deer. I was able to get a hold of claims real quick and easy. Alex in sales got me into a vehicle at a decent price and close to the end of the night he was jumping around between me and 3 other families being as professional and Fast to get us into our desired vehicle. It was the Best experience buying a car. Thank you Drive Fast for getting me into the car I wanted and Thank you Alex for making it easy and understanding and answering all my questions
