Beware! Reservation are not honored here. Booked a full sized car on the Costco website on November 14th for Noon, November 19 and received a confirmation from Enterprise. At 11:30, as we drove to his facility, Patrick called to say he didn't have any cars available. That, (supposedly) the one he had for us was returned "unrentable". He would have called earlier but, (again, supposedly) a customer with a hearing problem took all his morning. And, (again, supposedly) he had ordered more cars in, they were on their way but they hadn't quite arrived yet. But he encouraged me to call other Enterprise locations to see what they had. I would have thought he should have made those calls but I now suspect he already knew that everyone was out of cars. On those calls, no one was even encouraging. Not one person mentioned that they had ordered in more cars, just Patrick. I called him back to tell him that no one had anything, when he said some "corporate client cars” that were (again, supposedly) being returned later, and he was sure he could get us handled.. At 3:00pm he called, seemingly proudly, to say he finally had a car, a subcompact, a Nissan Sentra (probably one of those “corporate client cars") available. Given that we knew we needed a larger car, we had reserved a full sized car, so the Sentra wasn't going to work. When I expressed my frustration, Patrick asked, with some attitude, just what I was expecting, just 8 days before a busy Thanksgiving. Well, Patrick, I guess, since I had a confirmed reservation for a full sized car, on a certain day and time, that's what I was expecting. He had days to make sure he could honor Enterprise's commitment. ....Bla, Bla, Bla...The more he explained, the less I believed.
