- SOSantana O'Rear3 days ago1.0We took our car here for new tires and to fix an issue that they diagnosed as a bad A arm. The issues started immediately and should have been our red flag to go somewhere else, unfortunately we didn't. They tried to up charge a part $230 more then it cost. We caught that issue and went to the same place that they were going to get it and bought it out right. Then... we had an appointment set that was not honored but we understand things happen. Not counting the part we provide we still paid over $600 for the service of two tires and the installation of the new A arm. We never received communication that the car was ready so we went buy and picked it up after hours since we weren't not notified and the bill was already paid in full. When we picked it up the car wasn't fixed and is still having the same issues. The alignment wasn't even done as well as them charging us $33 for them using their air compressor. We have been back to try to resolve this and we recorded the interaction for legal purposes so we can get this resolved. We are still waiting for a call back. The gentleman we have been dealing with has been less then helpful. If I could rate this with negative stars I most definitely would.
