  Took my daughters car there for new tires without a appointment and they had it finished within a few hours. Great customer service.

  Traveling to Alabama from Iowa in my dad’s 1999 Ford Ranger he gave us and on our way the battery light comes on in Lake St. Louis MO … we stop at this Dobbs location to see if they can help us and they did with out hesitation. They were professional and very kind. Brian is the Store Manager and Jake is who took care of us. What a good feeling it was to be taken care of as it was near the end of their busy day. Eddie and Terri Holman want to say a big thank you 😊

  I came to this location to get air in my tires my car was shaken likely due to the weather affecting my tires, I let the receptionist know why I was there he said someone is coming out to put the air in I watched everyone pretend they didn’t see me ignore me for over 30 minutes in the cold until I just left which I’m sure was their intent anyway they clearly didn’t want to service me other locations are always good and efficient this one…No

  After my vehicle arrived a quote on my belt went from $160 to $485, I understand that I was quoted the wrong labor times but I went right down the street to Jiffy Lube and they did it for $185 it was eye opening . I even called the dealer just out of curiosity and they quoted me 355. I feel like Dobbs either didn’t want to do the job or was just gouging. 485.00 For a serpentine belt is absolutely ridiculous in the words of the guy at Jiffy Lube that did it in 30 minutes. EDIT — went to the license office with my emissions after Dobbs kept my car for eight hours and charged me and it appears they did not do the admission. We will now have to bring our car all the way back up to Dobbs and have them re-hook it. On the sheet, they gave us when we arrived at the license office it said NA and the gentleman on the phone at Dobbs said that it was fine. Very inconvenient and yet another reason not to use this place. Terrible customer service.!!!
