One of the parts I bought turned out to be defective and this is the only store nearby with a replacement they are supposed to be open until 9pm, I have been calling back to back since 8:25pm and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Lake St Louis, MO location to find out if they truly have the item. BS, I sure hope they actually open at 7:30 am, I'll be waiting at the door.

I ask about product or if he had a suggestion that could help me with a issue and he walked me to the item, opened and showed me exactly how it worked to make it was exactly what I was looking for and it was a siphoning pump! The store was empty, and the only employee up front, Nick, was asleep on the counter until the door chime woke him. I asked about a battery install, and he kept giving excuses like “it’s kinda dark” and “it’s kinda cold,” even though it was only about 58 degrees and still daylight. If someone is already sleeping on the counter and looking for reasons not to help, I am not trusting them to work under the hood. The manager said nothing the entire time, which made it even worse. I left and went to Advance Auto where they installed the battery quickly with no issues and treated me with respect. I will not return to this AutoZone. The lack of professionalism was obvious the moment I walked in.
