  Great experience! The staff (Brian Brewer) was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. They fixed my car quickly, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

  They knew what to and fixed it quick. 2 day turn around time is not bad. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. Finance options available too.

  This is a little different review. Everyone expects excellent service. But what is more important is what happens when something doesn't go according to plan. I had an unusual situation arise. It's not important what the issue was but rather, how it was handled. Bryan was exceptional in resolving my problem. He had never seen this before but was professional and committed to getting it resolved immediately. Customer Service is alive and well at the Lake St Louis Dobbs. Thanks Bryan, you helped make a difficult situation better.

  Was misled on recent tire purchase and rebate for purchase. Dobbs display showed 230.00 off 4 Goodyear tires with various rebates and becoming a new user of Goodyear Citi credit card. Had to reply online for rebate for tires. When I added the information on my tire purchase was advised by the site that my tires were not included in the rebate. Trust is a rare commodity
