- SSStevenMar 2, 20262.0Sorry, but I won’t be back. Tried Waterway Carwash for the first time. I usually go to Brite WorX but this was a bit closer to where I was. My car wash looked fine. Maybe a bit worse than Brite WorX… but the worst part was the cloying employee begging me to get a membership. I told him I don’t really wash my car much because I have a busy schedule and he wouldn’t let me purchase one without agreeing to a membership. I eventually told him I’ll “look into it and sign up online”. Not everyone needs to be pressured into some membership. One and done for me!
- APAE PokoskiJan 17, 20262.0It's kids doing the interior cleaning and someone needs to train them on the difference between activity and result. Waterway is the easy button right by my home so I go even knowing I'll be disappointed and the conversation ALWAYS goes like this: "um, the console still has dirt and spills visible" "but I wiped it" "okay thanks but it's not clean" "but I wiped it, do you want me to do it again" "well yeah, I'd like it to be clean" followed by a half-assed rewipe that still doesn't do the job. Same convo on vacuuming. Waterway, its not my job to train your staff on how to achieve a result and I invariably leave pissed. So be warned: Your car will be 40% cleaner but it will not be clean no matter the package level you buy or the amount of money you tip. I've tried every permutation and it simply has no effect on (the crappy) end result.
