I hung up called again and this time was put on hold for another extended period of time. How long does it take to pull up the details of the vehicle and what’s needed?

Everyone was courteous and Sarah made things easy. I had my id, insurance and title with in case it was needed. Everyone I had to deal with was polite and professional.
