  The quoted price for an oil change nearly doubled when I arrived at their location. They forget to mention all the additional charges that they intend to charge you once you arrive. Phone quote approximately $78, actual onsite $144. I totally understand my truck uses more oil than their advertised pricing. That is exactly why I called ahead. Staff seemed unfazed that I questioned the pricing. Probably a daily discussion for them.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tire Choice Auto Service has gone above and beyond for me more than once. They recently replaced my tires and even jumped in last minute to replace my dead battery. As a single mom, repairs can be stressful, but they worked with me on the price and made sure I left feeling safe and cared for. It also meant a lot with how kind they were to my autistic daughter. She was honking the horn and being silly, and instead of being annoyed or confused by her behavior (unfortunately a lot of public places react that way), the staff laughed with her, made conversation with me about her love of cars, and even recommended a local vintage car show to us. Every visit, they have remembered our faces and treated us like friends. Under manager Mohammad Jawaid, this team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely compassionate. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service from people who truly care. Thanks again y'all!

  This station absolutely sucks. Their service was terrible. They didn’t bother to open for an almost an hour past the opening time and then when they and I came back ( I have other things to do) and was actually was able to go in. I stood there for 15 minutes and was completely ignored by everybody in there - I knew no one knew I was there, so I walked outside an yelled into the bays, when one person DID walk towards me as soon as he saw me he turned away an walked back into the back. I walked back inside hoping that I would be seen, and still nobody knew I was there. Nobody bothered to check and I decided I’m done. I walked away yelling I’m leaving and they can keep their spot for someone else. The just waved at me. No apology, no hello, no we were busy and sorry what can we help you with. Sorry buddy you aren’t the only tire shop in town and you suck.
