The people calling about their cars are the ones paying his bills, and some of us are fresh out of a bad accident. To be met with rudeness right away is unacceptable. My car sat in their yard Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and I picked it up first thing Monday morning. I wasn’t even allowed to get it on Sunday because of “lot maintenance.” Yet they still charged me for 4 full days—$446—even though Monday was just a morning pickup. Absolute scam. On top of that, they leave your lights on and your keys just sitting on the seat, which drained my battery. Completely careless. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place is nothing but a rip-off.
