The owner Jason has a bad temper and will flat out till you as a client to shut up and shout you down to get his points across before hanging up in your face, without ever allowing you to voice your concerns. We had a vehicle get towed in here after a bad accident and wanted to make some inquiries on the pricing and were met with ridicule and treated like garbage. This isn’t a way to run a business nor treat your customers, I can only imagine how they treat their customers for their other services, and it makes you wonder whether you’re getting ripped off for it. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your towing needs.

- BWBryan WalkerSep 29, 20251.0Where do I even start with this scam of a business? The owner—Jason, or whatever his name is—seriously needs a refresher in customer service. The people calling about their cars are the ones paying his bills, and some of us are fresh out of a bad accident. To be met with rudeness right away is unacceptable. My car sat in their yard Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and I picked it up first thing Monday morning. I wasn’t even allowed to get it on Sunday because of “lot maintenance.” Yet they still charged me for 4 full days—$446—even though Monday was just a morning pickup. Absolute scam. On top of that, they leave your lights on and your keys just sitting on the seat, which drained my battery. Completely careless. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place is nothing but a rip-off.
