I unfortunately needed to get a battery replacement on a very cold and snowy day and, in spite of the conditions (and the extra pain it was to get an extra corroded battery out), had a very nice, patient employee who installed it for me. I would also note that the shop got a bunch of people coming in with cold-related issues this day and the employees all seemed to be handling the rush in those circumstances like pros. The shop altogether looked really clean, tidy, and well-organized. My dad highly recommended this place to me, as he had also had a great experience previously, and it's faster and cheaper than going to an actual auto shop to have a new battery put in.
