When I was finally able to speak to a manager to get it sorted, it was fine. But dealing with two other associates who were barely tolerating my questions when they didn't have the right items in stock, was a real headache. More training? Better personnel? Seriously, you folks have a staffing problem and I've never had this much trouble buying anything from an AutoZone. Edit: was told a district manager would contact me within a day or two after I provided my phone number to someone at AutoZone corporate, but no district manager has contacted me.

She even grabbed grease which I didn’t know to buy. Then she had someone install them for me in the cold! Thank you for making my day easier!!
