  I went in today at AutoZone there in Kennett Missouri and the guy that was working sorry I don't know his name but today's date is April 10th 2026 but anyways I met him at the door and I said man I got a problem all of my lug nuts was loose and he came out and he looked at it and he took care of it for me he said I'm going to give you the stuff to tighten those back up man the best thing that ever happened at a party store for me I forgot the gentleman's name but it was only him and a female there very good customer service ( update) His name is JARROD GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER

  Ever since the new manager, Kit Miller, took over in November, I've never seen the store look so clean and tidy. The staff is so much more helpful and don't seem miserable to be there! Kit Miller has done a fantastic job in such a short time!

  I was in a pinch for a part for my RV. I pulled my 32 footer in to their parking lot around 8:15pm and was during the time of year when they close earlier than usual. I needed the part in order to continue down the road but the shop fifteen minutes early that night leaving me stranded and out of options. Good thing O'Reilly's is right down the street and their staff stays open until their posted hours dictate otherwise. I guess Auto Zone enjoys losing customers to their competitor.
