I left three voice mails with the main customer service line, and they transferred them to the store on Vivion Rd. (No one at the store would pick up.) They said they also left a note for the store manager -- still haven't received a call back. Your staff forgot to screw the oil change plate cover (aka engine splash plate) back on; there were no fasteners at all! I want to come pick up the screws immediately, as I am now holding it on with zip ties. It wasn't obvious until I got on the highway and the plate caught wind and hit the pavement, almost caused me to get into an accident at 75 mph. Please call me back immediately. I left VMs with your Customer Care line. I had service on Sunday morning in a Honda Civic around 9am.
