  I had a great experience today! They were all very friendly and courteous. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. They have a checklist they go through, then the 1st and 2nd in command double check it as well. They were very thorough and also took the time to check my cabin air filter. I highly recommend going to Valvoline. I went to the one just south of North Oak Trafficway and Barry Rd.

  It took 48 minutes. The staff was nice but had no clue how to work together. Let alone explain things to me as the customer. Walked around without urgency and after I said I was already late it still took seven more minutes to get me paid, and checks. Some of the checks they clicked on yes without doing. Even explained they weren't going to do it and didn't have what was needed any ways. Never checked their work on the digital dipstick.

  This is the only place that I use for oil changes in my 2011 vehicle. The staff is always welcoming, fast, and do a great job. Juan is the manager at this location and he patiently and thoroughly answered my questions and inspected my car.

  The new manager Juan is a true professional. Not only did he show me why certain car components needed to be changed, but he educated me on features of the car to ehich I was unfamiliar.
