  My experience was great! My oil light came on in Kansas City where I was attending a funeral and there was a major storm coming and I live 40 miles away. The team got me in and out so fast I was able to beat the storm and they were so professional and courteous they should be commended. Best experience ive had with an oil change

  Been in this line behind two cars for over an hour....the first car was already being worked on when I pulled up, literally watching people who got here a half hour after me get their oil changed while I sit behind this car and wonder what the heck this tech is doing and why it is taking so long for him to do an oil change and air up some tires. He spent 20 minutes airing up tires. And I'm going to pay over $100 for this mess??? Nobody comes here to wait hours for an oil change. This sucks. Literally sitting here. Watched them do five different vehicles while I sit in line behind the same two cars right an hour and a half now I also had to unschedule a delivery route that I had to make some money today. That's not happening now

  I paid for a transmission fluid service at this location, but the service was not completed properly. Another shop later found the transmission was about 1.5 quarts low and the dipstick was not checked. After the transmission service done by Valvoline, my car began having issues, including trouble going into reverse and inconsistent performance that continued to get worse. This led me to get a diagnostic done, where the incomplete fluid service was identified as the cause. Because of this, I had to pay out of pocket just to identify a problem that was directly caused by the service I paid for here. I attempted to resolve this directly, but have not received a clear path for reimbursement yet. Hoping this can be handled properly.

  Always use this location. My car is crazy and has parts everywhere under everything. Quentin put in the work to get in there and get under everything. He put in the work!!! I’ve never seen this kind of thoroughness before. 5 stars

  Super good customer service from kristo one of the best oil changes i experienced he got me taken care of real fast had no comments or concerns about nothing really good communication at vavoline.. I prefer valvoline over any other oil change places
