  Defective equipment and/or lazy staff. I pay outside because I do NOT want to waste time going inside. Last two times here I cannot print a receipt outside.

  Terrible customer service! Always rude for no reason. That’s not how you should treat customers who CHOOSE to come in your establishment. A simple smile and a little politeness goes a LONG WAY. Sincerely, A PAYING CUSTOMER

  Stopped by for gas during a busy working morning, gas pump was not taking credit card (tried multiple times), went inside and prepaid - then that didn’t work. After multiple tries and signed purchase receipt for prepaid gas, cashier tells me I didn’t pay for gas and wasn’t charged. Basically left without gas to find a different gas station. I’ll never stop by at one of these local gas stations - QT it is!
