  WENT THRU INSURANCE FOR HAILSTORM IN KCMO THEY NEW WINDSHIELD ONLY LASTED 11 DAYS THEY SAID THE WINDSHIELD WAS CHIPPED NO STRESS CRACK STARTED AT THE END OF THE WINDSHIELD AND SPREAD FAST ACROSS THE GLASS IN A DAY PLUS THERE IS A WARRANTY PILKINGTON GLASS IS WHO THEY USED BUT THEY REFUSE TO COVER IT ACCORDING TO AI OVERVIEW SAFELITE USES AFTERMARKET WINDSHIELDS DAY 13 THE CRACK IS ACROSS THE ENTIRE GLASS WASTED 250$ JUST REALIZED ALL OF SAFELITE LOCATIONS REVIEWS ARE A 4.1 WHY WOULD GEICO RECOMMEND THEM BRO WHY

  While the store was clean and the techs professionally dressed. They did a few things that give pause. 1. Some glass remnants were left on my dash after the windshield replacement. 2. The service description says stickers on the glass can be preserved but nothing was preserved. Finally, there were smudges of the suction cups and handling on the window. I expected a clean glass. I think a more thorough description of the process and the setting of expectations would have been helpful. Consultation with the client is warranted prior to the work being done would have been helpful.

  I had service at the Gladstone location on February 12, and my roof was scratched. They told me to go and get an estimate and get back with them, and the manager at the location, Candace Miller, said she would send it up to corporate and she did not And at the end of March I called corporate and it still had not been submitted and they are just blowing me off on my complaint and damage to my car. Customer service is lousy.

  Charged double the price that Progressive quoted after being told they are Progressive insurance choice vendor. They canceled my first appt with out telling me so j went a week longer with out a car. When I dropped off my keys The guy at the desk said I would be paying the progressive quoted amount. When i picked up my car they said email this person, well keep the card on file. No reply to email, and billed for incorrect amount.

  I contacted them and was going to do what I have done in the past, but glass was everywhere. I opt for mobile service and ask how does that work with glass clean up and was told all glass is carefully cleaned up. Tech was very nice, got to end and he claim he was done. I shared HOA and people here love pets more than spouse and my grandbaby comes footy pj and this glass needs to come up! Glass was in bed, cab upon his arrival, but now driveway and sidewalk plus grass. He took tool shattered it I thought a glass flew in the air dear lord how this made horrible mess. Why didn’t he put a tarp down? I called customer service she contacted him he still left I called back he came back at dark now really he text to move my truck last thing I wanted to do with new tires was move it. Let’s start with sidewalk my liability, driveway my grandbaby uses, bed of truck and cab where glass was still at which was unlocked! He didn’t need me to move the truck to do all that ! Plus a big thick rubber foam was on the truck he never put back on a new or that old one. He said it doesn’t need it well if it came that way I want it back the way Ford designed it now what this company says to cut cost! My fault I have State Farm and should of went to Ford Dealership! I do a lot in this community and have a lot of reviews on social media, plus do co tract work for news papers here and afar. Therefore, I will spread the word, but it does NOT lower my liability they left me with! Unacceptable !!! I will be suggesting State Farm consider removing them from their approved lists !!
