At 11:06am I called back and told him I was here and waiting for him. He said he was already halfway to Leavenworth (from Platte City). I was frustrated because I called back within 3 minutes. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He ended up coming at 1pm. I had 3 chips and only one looked like it was filled. Would not use him again.

Be careful of the window treatment it can be tricky. We would certainly use Safelite again if we need another window. They came to us making an even better experience.

Matthew visited me two days later, in my cul de sac, and had me good in s short while on two vehicles. One, a front windshield, and the second car a smashed rear window. I was happy to find that Mathew as both knowldgeable about what he was doing and a true craftsman. He took care of two problems on two very different vehicle and was super clear on my follow up steps. I also got texts informing me, but it was 10 times better being able to converse with someone whom I will call expert at his craft. I’ve used Safelite before, with good results as well, but largely to repair rock dings rather and complete windshields. It feels good having my windows back in place and looking beautiful.
