  This is my second time renting with National at this location. Service and process is great! Took 10 minutes to reserve with the National app, pick up car and drive off. Excellent customer service.

  After an awful experience at Budget, I switched to National three years ago and have never looked back. This time was no different, friendly people and quick service. I am a loyal National customer.

  I had a very frustrating experience booking a rental car with National Car Rental through Priceline. I specifically selected the option to use a debit card for the security deposit. When I arrived at the airport, the rental company informed me that they do not accept debit cards for in-state renters and require a credit card. This directly contradicted what was presented when I booked. I even offered alternative solutions, including providing a credit card number (did not have physical card in person) or paying cash, but neither was accepted. As a result, I was left without a rental car and had to make last-minute alternative arrangements, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. To make matters worse, both Priceline and the rental company initially directed me to each other for a resolution. I eventually received a refund, but only after spending a decent amount of time and effort resolving the issue. This situation could have been avoided with clearer communication and accurate payment policy information upfront. I recommend booking with someone else.

  Great customer service! Very nice facility. Cindy was awesome at the exit booth. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure talking to her. Drake couldn’t have been more accommodating when I had to switch my vehicle out. It’s employees like this that make me loyal to National.

  This by far is the worst National location I have ever rental from. If I could give this zero stars I would. They DO NOT honor the “24 hour” arrival period. I will never rent from National al again.
