  Súper mala atención al cliente estuve llamando a las localidades y en todas me ignoraron cuando Les pregunté que si hablaban español ya que no hablo Inglés , mi llamada se debía a que les compré una camioneta 2023 Volkswagen Atlas y me Empezó a fallar cm a los 2 años de tenerla y claramente en falla de fábrica tocara ir personalmente a la concesionaria

  Extremely dissatisfied — stay away from this dealership. I went into Molle Volkswagen in Kansas City, showed interest in a vehicle, and followed through by submitting a credit application. After that… nothing. No call, no follow-up, no email — absolutely zero communication. I even reached out myself just to figure out what was going on, and when I called, a guy named Chris answered. He was rude, short, and honestly acted like basic customer service was a burden. Didn’t greet properly, didn’t ask how I was doing — just an all-around unpleasant interaction. I had initially worked with a salesperson named Eric, who seemed like a nice enough guy, but there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. Let’s be honest — what salesperson doesn’t follow up after someone submits a credit application? Approved or denied, that’s literally the bare minimum. What really blows my mind is they didn’t even attempt to sell me anything. No alternatives, no “we can’t get you into this, but we can try that.” Nothing. Just silence. All they managed to do was waste my time and put a hard inquiry on my credit for absolutely no reason. There are plenty of other Volkswagen dealerships out there that actually value customers and communicate like professionals. This one clearly doesn’t. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  My husband and I recently decided to trade in our car for a lease vehicle and Molle VW was one of the several dealerships we shopped around at. The salesmen’s we worked with was Chris Riley and he gave us the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We came in the door with negative equity and he immediately reassured us that we could figure it out together. We didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us but rather he made us feel like he was our resource. He listened to what we wanted and he never pushed what he thought on us, he provided us options with what fit within the perimeters of what we wanted. Furthermore, we felt like he was our advocate. During the negotiation process, everytime we had a question he took it back to his boss and got us answers. I can not brag enough about how well Chris and his team took care of us. If you want to work with someone who doesn’t come off as if they are trying to get over on you but will listen and simply be a real person, ask for Chris!

  Our salesperson, Eric Asbury, was THE BEST! He went the extra mile at every turn to make sure we had all the information we needed without being a pushy salesman. We told him we didn't want any hassles, and that's what we got...a hassle-free experience. We would highly recommend Eric and Molle.

  Seriously 10/10. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and what I wanted for my trade. I expected to get haggled around (like at some other local VW dealerships I’ve worked with in the past), but from the very start, Malik was AMAZING. He’s personable, honest, and straight to the point. It was EOM, and my car wasn’t in stock. Even with the pressure of it being the last 2 days for sales in the month, he didn’t try to sway me to get one more sale in, just said he would find what I wanted, no matter how long it took. He spent the next few days hunting for me, keeping me posted the entire time, and even stayed past closing when I showed up for my trade without my title a few days later. Trade value was top notch, the new car was exactly what I wanted, even with a couple of extras I didn’t know existed, and Niki got me the protection plan that makes the most sense for my driving style. I will 100% return to Malik when I’m ready for my next trade!!
