  We recently purchased a very slightly used Prius. The sales team and the financial group both worked hard to meet our offer for the vehicle. Cody in sales did a very good job with everything associated with the sale and preparation of the vehicle. Nick and Ray were a pleasure to work with on the finance side. They all displayed a real concern for customer service. Top marks to all three.

  Worse experience ever came in with car loan from my bank salesman manipulated me into doing a pre approval app through their site he said we wanted to see if you have a approval through my bank. They was trying to get me to finance through their company but I was not going for that I really wanted that car test drove it and everything. There shouldn’t been no reason why I had to go back and forth all day. I went to carmax and no questions asked they take care business I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I should have stop when one of the salesman told me they didn’t have a certain car come to find out later they still had it. This is not the people you want to deal with too many red flags.

  My son and I both just purchased new vehicles from Molle Toyota. I worked with Brandon Miller and my son worked with Angelica Montoya. Both were so knowledgeable and helpful. Got a great deal on both cars. Also I can’t thank Ray in the finance department enough for his professionalism and all of his assistance!! Great place to buy a vehicle!!!!

  It was a pleasure doing business with Molle Toyota. They made buying my ‘26 Trailhunter incredibly easy, they gave me a great deal on my trade-in, they did not try to stick me with any hidden fees, and they didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t want. I drove all the way from Colorado to Kansas City to do this deal with them, so that should tell you how impressed I was by them. When I showed up, everything was absolutely in order and according to the deal that we had made over the phone. No tricks, no bait & switch, no Last-minute changes, etc. I was in and out very quickly. My salesman was Firas Tohmeh, and he was a pleasure to work with. Great communication from him as well as the others from the dealership. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Highly recommended! A++++ rating!

  If buying a pre owned vehicle ask for Jessica. She was amazing. She personally gets 5/5 for dealing with my pestering and helping me with my vehicle issues I bought a pre owned 2014 ford escape. There were a couple small issues that needed fixing before signing papers which got fixed but as she went to get it detailed it had a power steering issue. Got it resolved(thought so) two days later but Jessica test drove it before I came and still had the same issue. Got me a loaner. All good. Two days later(bought Monday finally getting car Friday) getting my car The next Wednesday(5 days of driving)found a pretty extensive coolant leak. Got ahold of Jessica she told me to come by that day, they'll get me a loaner and get it taken care of. Finally got my car back two days later. So now I have had the my car equally as long as the loaner over a ten day period. After all is said and done she also helped extend my limited warranty from 6 month/6,000 miles to 12mo/12,000 miles to aid if there’s any inconveniences along the way later on This whole time Jessica is being empathetic about the situation and being patient with my constant request for updates as well as searching for the lost second key fob that my car was supposed to have She was super amazing(everyone I met there was super nice and helpful) I’m not sure if it’s something to do with their service department or just the matter of buying a ford from a Toyota or just the unfortunate event of multiple issues happening all at once but between their dedication to fixing the vehicle, helping me with a free loaner, and keeping me updated almost daily I would said the experience as a whole was great and I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future
