This is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Even though I was the next lane over, I don’t want somebody sick cleaning my car, i’m getting it cleaned for a reason. I don’t want to see a grown man yelling at a little girl. Paid $45 for a completely unprofessional and horrible experience. My car wasn’t even cleaned well and I heard them referring to other cars as “disgusting” and “gross” near mine. Never coming back and I hope that manager gets in trouble for this inappropriate behavior. I heard the young girl approach the manager with a respectful voice and question so his outburst shows he’s not ready to be a manager. Choosing a new car wash from now on.
