- BBBreanna Bresel4 days ago3.0I paid $51 and my car still had smudges on the windows and it didn't even include cleaning the trunk. Aside from that the only reason I came to Waterway was because I had spilled a drink in my cupholder (nothing too crazy). It was still in the cupholder when I left and I still had to scrub it out. I wish I had kept my receipt. I really don't feel like I needed to pay $51 for this service (or lack thereof) on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe.

- ATAshley TurnerFeb 8, 20261.0Came here to get my car clean and heard a manager (I believe his name tag said Stephen) yelling at a little girl telling her not to call in sick and that he threw up that morning. This is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Even though I was the next lane over, I don’t want somebody sick cleaning my car, i’m getting it cleaned for a reason. I don’t want to see a grown man yelling at a little girl. Paid $45 for a completely unprofessional and horrible experience. My car wasn’t even cleaned well and I heard them referring to other cars as “disgusting” and “gross” near mine. Never coming back and I hope that manager gets in trouble for this inappropriate behavior. I heard the young girl approach the manager with a respectful voice and question so his outburst shows he’s not ready to be a manager. Choosing a new car wash from now on.
