He didn’t shut the air filter box properly. Causing my check engine light to come on. My fault for letting them do something I could easily have done myself. Won’t happen again.

I added both when I got home after stopping at Napa and purchasing dot3 brake fluid. When i got home the battery connection was not placed back on the battery there was oil on the engine cover that I wiped off. They do offer a military discount that was much appreciated. I gave 3 stars because I had to finish their job. It was slightly messy

- LKLillian KurasOct 21, 20251.0Be very careful trusting your engine health to this oil change factory!!My oil change sticker said to come in at about 190K miles - but that and the date seemed wrong, so I would stop in often to have the oil and tires checked well before that. I would be told my oil looks good and to come back. I have a record of the dates. Well I went in tonight and Blake said your oil is very black and low!! I told him and Damion the manager on duty I I had just been there a month prior and you topped it off., saying the color was good but it was just a bit low. They said there “should” have been a record they topped off the oil, but that’s not the case. They topped it off free of charge in September and did not record it. I am not going back here. They had also broken a tire sensor several years prior. Enough is enough.
