- DDD Vann (Catering By Diva)Oct 10, 20251.0This location changed my oil 2 weeks ago and my engine seized up afterwards while I was driving.. keep in mind my truck has been driven from North Dakota to Louisiana and I just drove to and from Dallas Texas in July and August. My engine has never had any problems and I faithful have gotten my oil changed every 3 months or less by them for the last 4-5yrs. Because I drive over the road so much. I filed a claim with them and they came out, they a tried to tell me I had a sever oil leave so 7-8qtrs must have leaked out there are no oil puddles in my driveway they came to my house and “inspected” my truck. Did no kind of work note took it to any mechanic shops. I just received a call saying they denied my claim due to my trucks age and mileage.. they have ruined my engine by not putting oil back in my truck after the oil change.. I will definitely be contacting a lawyer because yall will not try and tell me yall won’t fix a truck that wa working perfectly fine with no major issues before I left that location after. Oil change… I do not recommend this location, the last time they put new oil on top of my old oil and they had to pay for my system flush, new oil change and a tuneup. This time they failed to refill my truck with oil and are blaming it on age and mileage.. they will be hearing from me and I will be going out to the location today in person! Update… They failed to mention to me that I may have had a oil leak, so they put oil in my truck knowing or claiming I had a leak but didn’t disclose to me, that was neglect on their part. I will be filing a lawsuit for negligence and filing a report with the BBB and Attorney Generals Office
