Either that time or this recent one, the oil drain plug was broken and only would spin. I have made a claim and was to hear back for further information, but have been ghosted for multiple weeks now. No one wants to take responsibility for damaging my classic car.

This does not match the recommendation of my vehicle or Valvoline Oil itself. When I inquired about this the tech knew nothing and just acted like I was stupid. Shady business practice as a lot of people go by those stickers and with full synthetic they should not need to return for approx. 10k miles. Additionally, it was very clear that the 18 point inspection was not done fully. I noticed that no one checked the tire pressure or the Windshield wipers. So I asked about the tires. "We forgot". You forget because you pre-fill in all the items and check me out before the service is even done. These are all deceptive practices that make me not trust Valvoline with my vehicles going forward. Train your people, do what you say, do what I pay for. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
