This is the first valvoline I’ve been to that had a problem opening my hood. If I can rate them a zero stars I would. I was already fishy about them changing my oil because of their age. They looked 15-20, definitely shouldn’t be working at an auto shop if they can’t do the bare minimum which is opening a hood. Will never go there again!!!

Today when I went in for those services they had me pull in started working on my vehicle and then told me that they could not input (customer supplied fluids) and wanted to charge me almost 400$ offering a measly 20% off on fluids I wasn’t even getting but still charging me for. After some discussion with the service advisor he came back and told me that the fouls a leak in my front differential a leak starting in my transfer case and was leaking coolant. I park my car inside my garage where there are no drops on my floor nor did they mention any leaks last week when they performed the other service doesn’t seem right if you ask me

Not sure if everyone was having a bad day yesterday or what but usually all of my break lights, blinkers, and tires are checked. This time nothing was checked and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. While I understand that people have bad days, I still expect superior service from a service industry. I'll probably find a new place to change my oil due to this last experience.

That gives me the impression they know what they’re doing and I can trust them. They let me know if/when there’s something I NEED to get replaced. If it can wait they will tell me that too and that shows that they aren’t just trying to get more money out of me. Great service and I will continue to be a loyal customer!
