Paul and Rachel were amazing! I had such a great experience at Valvoline! Everyone was super sweet and kind, and they really took good care of me from start to finish. The team was extremely friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out so fast, but never felt rushed.
Emaj, Paul,Gaige and Kaden did a great, quick oil change...I came in because I stripped my oil drain plug and these guys worked thru my mishap. Thanks Guys

If I could rate these guys with 50 stars I would have. PLEASE get more Mid-Missouri locations!! Deron was on site training with Skyler and his team and as I told them after my maintenance was done that I have never in eight years owning a car, my preferred maintenance is at Valvoline, I have NEVER seen a team operate as efficiently as these guys. Absolutely amazing, the training, the communication, the teamwork was all on point. Whatever they're serving in the brake room, get it to the other facilities ASAP

Very friendly environment. Always quick in and out service.Thw windshield sticker is easy to read, reminding me when to return. I appreciate that the services include topping off fluids and checking tire pressures. I never feel oversold. TY

Survey Comment: The oil change itself went well, the price was much higher than expected. The problem was after they finished with the oil change and getting ready to send me out, I noticed the low tire air pressure light was still illuminated. I had to ask the employee if they checked the tire pressure? He said, “Oh, I was just getting ready to get that!” He then asked me if 35 lbs was good? Having no idea since the tires had always been filled with nitrogen and it was the first time the low pressure light had come on, so i said yes to 35PSI. Well he filled the tires to 35 PSI and prior to leaving, I noticed the low tire pressure light was still illuminated. I called the employee to my passenger side window and pointed out the light, and he said, “Oh, you need to drive it a bit to get the light to go off”! I was so frustrated I just left knowing the kid had lied to me! Once i got home, I noticed that the receipt that i received prior to them ever putting air in my tires said, tires checked to clearly stated 41 PSI? It also said oil service light reset? No it was not reset! I did that at home! Then it said lubrication “Not checked”? I had assumed that valvoline greased all lubrication, at least they used to? Now I’m worries about the if they put in the proper oil, the oil level, as I was billed $32.97 for extra oil? Finally i’m worried if they actually changed the oil filter or if they installed the proper oil filter!
