The tech also asked if I’d had the cabin filter changed in the last year or so, as a dirty one can affect good airflow. I’ve only had the vehicle a little over a year. So they pulled the filter to show me, and I saw for myself how dirty it was…and of course elected to replace it. I am very pleased that they caught the filter issue, as well as with the great job on testing and recharging my A/C.
