They told me after arriving that my license (that TSA approved to fly) wasn't valid because it was cracked thus left me stranded at the airport with no rental. This was my first and last attempt to use Sixt for a rental. Would definitely not recommend.

But today calling, they said it was part of the company not to reverse the amount, that is, they retained 100% of the amount.

My company rented me a vehicle which when I picked up had some scratches on the driver side fender. Took pictures for documentation took car. Returned car…. Showed picture Car was checked in as previous damage…. Week later get a damage bill for $700 from the rental company who said it was my fault for accepting the car and pulling it out of the lot. Picture time stamped from my iPhone didn’t matter? Horrible customer service, terrible policies & procedures & all around a miserable experience. You have been warned RENT ELSEWHERE
