    Never knew they were at Kansas City International Airport. The girl working the counter was excellent very personable and friendly. The team that put my car together and got it to me very quick. The return was simple and easy. My experience was excellent. Make sure you keep these valuable employees.

    I love Sixt and always rent cars from them, but my experience in Kansas was disappointing. First, instead of the usual $17-20 for daily insurance, they charged me over $40 (!!!!). Second, after I gave them my physical credit card, someone started making online purchases with it the day after. I know people make mistakes, but I only use this card for car rentals. I use a different card for everything else. And Apple Pay. I only used the physical card for the deposit, and then someone stole my information. I called the company (website) where the orders were placed, and they confirmed that the orders were placed from Kansas City and were being delivered to Kansas City. The card was in my phone case, never used for anything else except the deposit, and there were no transactions. So, I'm willing to bet that a company employee stole my card details and started committing this fraud. The card isn't lost. It's not used anywhere. I never even pay with a physical card. Please keep an eye on your employees.

    When I returned the vehicle to you on 18 Jan 2026, I advised your employee there was a slow leak in the front passenger tire. The weather between Kansas City and Saint Joseph varied between 7 and 39 degrees during the vehicle rental period. Slow leaks in tires can become more noticeable during cold weather. Valve stems usually malfunction when exposed to harsh weather conditions. It is advisable to replace them every 3-5 years when regularly exposed to harsh winter conditions. A valve stem leak is considered a maintenance issue as it is the result of age, improper installation or corrosion from harsh weather environments and agents used on roads. There was no damage to the tire (i.e. no holes, nails, abrasions) when the vehicle was returned after my use. To date, I have not received any evidence (time and date stamped photographs or other documents) supporting your claim of damages that occurred during my possession of the vehicle including your claim that it was necessary replace two tires. Your attempt to assign to me your desire to replace two tires on the vehicle as a result of the normal wear and tear suffered by the same constitutes your obvious, blatant and unjustifiable intention to pass the responsibility and expense unto me. I will not accept that responsibility nor bear that expense.

    They will overbook and cancel on you literally 30 mins before your booking and offer you no reason or consolation for the cancellation. The email: Your booking had to be canceled Unfortunately, your booking for Feb 24, 2026 at 10:30 PM at Kansas City Int Airport had to be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are looking forward to supporting you with future bookings.
