Then the customer is told *by owner " you're stuck with it." for reason 1st of the store ablity to do card returns aren't available then told the employees are not allowed to do returns on a card. As well as questioned why you bought the item at all! And please don't call the store it is the owners personal cell phone he will give you the above excuses then block you when you combat him on it. All is spectacular till you ask for your money back.
