- JLJustine LawsonMay 5, 20221.0This was the worst experience ever in my life. First time in downtown Kansas City, and we stopped by because it was close by. We waited in line, and had no problem waiting. I got up to the cashier and he started scanning my items. I had asked him if he gotten the gum and he said “is that all” and I had asked him again just to be sure because I didn’t want him to think I was trying to steal the gum. He proceeded to say “is that all” in a very rude tone. I said “ I was just making sure you scanned the gum” and he said “well you don’t listen” in a very rude voice again. He proceeded to take the drinks away and said “take your service somewhere else very rudely. I had accidentally taken the gum and realized I took it so I turned around and tossed it through the window. He proceeded to throw the gum at me and almost hit me. I was not very impressed with him or the security guard (or whoever he was). I felt harassed by him. He was an older guy with longer hair. I was very upset to have been treated like that as a customer. Very unprofessional.
