When the technician arrived, he informed me that he was unable to recalibrate the cameras so I would have to take it to the service center after he was done. However, you can’t make that appointment online, nor can you call the local service center. He tried, I tried, and I called the national number and nobody was able to make an appointment for the recalibration. I had to drive out there, make an appointment, and then come back later for another hour. I wasted an entire afternoon on this. Had I known I needed to take it in anyway, I would’ve left the car for the afternoon. Please update your website to inform people that you can’t actually do the job at home. I won’t be using Safelite again.
