Ivan communicated effectively prior to arrival. He was professional and friendly. I look for employees with his strong communication skills when I hire my own employees.

Scheduled installation at my job. Rain was in the forecast. Spotty showers around the area. Was advised that it was going to be canceled because of rain. Radar showed it was going to clear up for a bit. Got a call from the installer, back on. Was done in time for me to get my inspection and license plates. Saved the day. Thnx a bunch. Bob

They were not only amazing and fast, but they got me in 2 hours ahead of schedule when I was just going to wait in the waiting room since my plans changed!
They were very nice and fast and I can barely see where they fixed it they did so good, I had to look for the old chip!
I highly recommend them!

I was genuinely excited about the convenience of having someone come to my home to repair my windshield, but this experience with Safelite was a huge disappointment. The technician came out, performed a resin treatment, and left. What they never mentioned beforehand is that the chip would still be completely visible afterward. According to them, they only “strengthen” the glass, not actually fix it, something that should have been clearly explained before taking my $170.
For comparison, I’ve had the same type of repair done at Ford for $50, and the results were ten times better. Safelite charged over three times the price for a service that didn’t even come close in quality or transparency. Also their window of time is a five hour day that they may be at your house.
To make matters worse, corporate sends complaints right back to the local branch, which has no manager and no one to help. The location seems to be run by young employees who simply don’t care about customer satisfaction.
This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be using Safelite again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for real service and honesty.
