- JGJesse GrhardtOct 18, 20251.0This is a terrible location. At 12:12 in the afternoon. This place has nothing out for lunch. The pizzas were breakfast pizzas from hrs ago. No lunch, no hotdogs, definitely do not stop here if your hungry
- KYKena Jo YoungAug 22, 20251.0I went into this location to take a quick restroom break and get a pizza to take with me while working. The young lady who made my pizza was rushing and not because I asked her to, just because she wanted to I guess. As a result she left off some of the toppings of the pizza. The pizza was also made very sloppily half of the pizza didn't have almost any toppings on it at all. And proceeded to say "oh well" and "oops sorry" and then offer to give me the toppings uncooked in a cup so that I could put it on myself. I'm like what good is that going to do me? I'm at work I don't work in an office and I don't have an oven that I can throw the pizza back in to cook the toppings on top of it. It ruined my whole break I didn't want the pizza I actually wanted my money back but instead of giving me my money back they gave me a free drink coupon. I don't drink any of the fountain drinks because I'm a diabetic and that doesn't help me. They looked at me as if I was the problem because I wanted the pizza done correctly and I didn't have time to wait for another one. The manager just shrugged her shoulders at me and was also like "it's not a big deal" here's a free drink. So what we messed up your break, So what we messed up your pizza. Another customer told me that this particular location doesn't really too much particularly care for POC especially Black women and now I believe them. They acted as if I was the problem and all I wanted was my pizza fixed correctly. I didn't yell or curse or scream. I was practically begging for them to just give me my money back. This was by for one of the worst experiences I've had at QuikTrip and I've had some pretty bad ones.
