- KMKendon McBeeDec 20, 20251.0I am a daily Quiktrip customer. I am two for two on bad experiences at this location. This is a customer service and staffing issue I am confident. Myself and another customer were both getting coffee this morning, and ended up leaving empty handed and frustrated.Their hot coffee bar was down for service or cleaning it would appear. So I grabbed a cup to fill up with black coffee and to my surprise when I turned around to add creamer and sugar from the self serve area, they had no creamer or sugar out. When we inquired to the staff, They looked confused and apathetic. We asked them if they would be willing to get some creamer and he said no, and then proceeded to try and charge me for the coffee. I told him I would not be taking it with me and I would go down the street to get coffee, and that’s exactly what I did. As I was walking out the door, I politely recommended. They put a sign up at the coffee area to let other patrons know and avoid the same experience. He was visibly annoyed by my suggestion and blew it off. Quiktrip do better.
