  Had to keep the truck a few extra days. So I called and asked what the charge would be and was informed.that the cost would be a mere 30 dollars per day--thendaily charge for the vehicle. So we kept the truck 5 extra days. Then long after we turned the truck in we were informed that the actual cost was more like 100 dollars extra per day because the blanket and two wheeler and the insurance were all charged on a per-day basis. This would have been fine, had we not been told, in no uncertain terms, that each additional day would only be 30 dollars. Even at the time we turned the truck in, we were told by the guy working the counter that our total cost was around 300 dollars. It was only when we got our credit card statement that we realized that we had been charged almost 700 dollars! When I called to inquire about the unforeseen charges, customer service was rude, unapologetic and dismissive, informing us that we signed the rental agreement, which happens to be roughly the length of a Clive Cussler novel. So buyer beware. These people will fleece you and have no regrets about it. I'll never rent from them again.

  I reserved a truck with this location in advance and on the morning of the rental day I was called and told that they actually didn't have the truck I reserved at this location. They told me that they found a truck at another location that was "within 10 miles" (it actually ended up being over 10 miles away), so I said "ok, sure". When I arrived at the other location, they actually did not have that truck for me.
