In the last 6 months we went through 3-4 trucks because of them breaking down or they messed up our billing information. As a small business we try to prevent as many problems but when dealing with Penske there is always a problem. If you are in the in the trucking industry or in the market for box trucks please run somewhere else. Penske continue to charge asanine prices to close a contract and re-open a new one when a truck breaks down. When we turned our truck in for maintenance and receive it back, later that night the lift gate breaks and leaking fluid. This incident happened twice within 6 months. I would ask for penske to do better especially if you want to retain customers. #badservice #badtrucks.
