When I arrived, National didn’t let me check out the car because they had a company policy that 2 cars couldn’t be checked out at the same time (even though it let me on the app!) I ended up having to uber to work and uber back to National. I would have rated this experience 1 star if the branch manager - Drake Seetin - hadn’t helped me out and comp my uber trips. Drake, thank you for the excellent customer service. National, fix your app! Also, give Drake a raise :)
