    Awful management. They give you a business card at check in with an email to contact if there are any issues. Have emailed multiple times over the past two weeks with no response. Called the corporate office and they put in a message for a manager at the KC branch to return a call, and still nothing. Mine was a minor issue thankfully (needed to change payment method, which was promised I could upon drop off by the representative who checked me in), but want people to know that management is non responsive at this location!

    The best rental car experience I’ve ever had in my life has been the last four years with National’s Emerald Club, which is free! No more waiting in long lines at the rental car counter for me!

    Waited for 40 minutes only for 1 shuttle bus to come that was full. Staff was disrespectful and rude when I called asking when the next was coming. Ended up canceling the reservation and used uber because of this
