Im specifically calling out Tait Harvey, Alessandra Siracusano and Brad Burkett. I had an issue with my vehicle on the way to Branson and the National Car Team in Springfield was outstanding. My car had a mechanical issue that was undriveable but the was well taken care if there. Once I return back to Kansas City and told them of my issue everyone was so helpful and left feeling like they would compensate me for my troubles. I was sent emails from Tait and Alessandra of how I was going to be compensated for a few free days and would credit my account. Sixty days later I emailed them to use my credits and no one returned my call or emailed me back. I called Tait multiple times and nothing. Such cowards. We are only talking about 2 days of free rentals! This is what they offered! I didn't ask for money back from the first debacle because the SPRINGFIELD team was on it and things happen. Just beware that the folks I mentioned are not customer focused and helpful. Pitiful
