  I worked with the team at Molle over the course of two days and a couple of test drives on a used vehicle. At the end of Day 2 we weren’t able to come to an agreement. But everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly and it was an overall positive experience. On Day 4, after I walked, they reinitiated discussions and we were able to reach an agreement. Again, excellent experience with everyone I met: courteous, patient, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend them to others. Even if you’re just looking…no pressure, honest (as far as I could tell) and they don’t keep you in the lurch or hanging out in the dealership for hours to wear you down. 10/10

  Todd was a very knowledgeable, low pressure sales associate. He found a very low mileage car that ended up being slightly out of my budget, but gave me a decent price on my trade in and I was able to make it workout. He even demonstrated the interior controls and tech before I drove off the lot! A great experience.

  We had a great experience! Greg was amazing and wasn’t pushy like most salesmen. We went in knowing what we wanted, he made it happen and we had a new car in just a couple of hours. I typically absolutely dread car shopping, but today was the exact opposite. Thank you Greg!

  I don’t even know where to begin. Started out with needing to get my timing cover gaskets replaced due to an oil leak. $2,400. Got that finished and a full inspection done. About a day after this was finished, we road-tripped to Florida for a weekend. Halfway to Florida, my oil is out. I call Molle to which they were no help. I take my car to the VW in Florida. Well, the original repair is fine, but they find my coolant is leaking from the water pump. Good news is, it’s current covered under my 80k mile warranty. Bad news? I would be over 80k miles by the time I get home. I call Molle and they said they would honor what the Florida dealership noted. Great. We drive back to KC. I drop my car off at Molle. I get a phone call from Okymo. “Bad news, your coolant is leaking, but from a spot that isn’t covered by the warranty.” I thought that was odd, considering I JUST had it inspected somewhere else. He tells me the repair will actually cost $1,700. I called the Florida VW and explained what Molle told me. And I’m not even kidding, they said “Well I’m not sure why they would say that, because it’s still covered by the warranty. They’re lying to you.” Upon further review, the original inspection Molle, completely by Zach, was only from above, not below my car. They completely missed the rust from my coolant leaking in my engine. First red flag. I called Molle back, and spoke to the manager James. I tell him I contact the VW in Florida and they told me regardless of where the coolant is leaking from, it’s still covered by the warranty, and that you’re lying. To which James replies, “well it just depends on how you word it.” So I was almost out another $2k because of lies. At the end of the day, they honored the warranty (as they should). I go to pick up my car, and encountered Okymo. He tells me “we honored the warranty, so it shouldn’t leak anymore.” …well I would hope so? That’s kinda your guys’ job? Anyway, avoid this dealership and service at all costs. They WILL lie to you without hesitation. I quite literally found better service driving my car 1,400+ miles to another dealership.

  Eric was wonderful to deal with - very patient, informative and did not pressure us. He helped us select the car that was right for our needs and had us make a down payment on one that was coming in the following. The day we came to drive the Tiguan, 3 other people had already expressed interest in the car.
