Great experience buying from Blake G at Molle Toyota. Very patient while I looked at several trucks over several days and made sure my choice was what I wanted. Very very knowledgeable on the Tundra. Highly recommend working with Blake if you are looking for a new car or truck.

Doug is officially my go-to! I was interested in a vehicle and planned to drive over three hours to see it. Doug suggested leaving a deposit to hold the car, which was a no-brainer—I didn’t want someone else buying it before I got there. He explained the entire process and went over all the vehicle’s features, and before I knew it, I had purchased my dream car! The process was incredibly smooth and easy, especially considering I was buying from out of town. I can’t recommend the Molle team enough—they truly take care of their customers and are willing to help with anything. Thank you, Doug and the entire Molle team!

Molle is not to be trusted. I was exited and ready to purchase a used 4Runner they had just received. I made this clear to the sales associate. I arranged to have a friend test drive it for me since I live out of state. She called the sales associate to set up a time for the test drive. 1 hour after she spoke with him the sales associate emailed to let me know the 4Runner had sold. His only excuse was that "Inventory Moves Fast". - My response to Molle's response. When I first communicated with the sales associate on a Tuesday he said the 4Runner was not yet ready for sale. It was in the shop for an inspection. He would let me know when it was ready for my friend to test drive. He never said anything about putting down a deposit which I would have done without hesitating. I had made it clear I wanted this 4Runner and he had very much made it seem like I was first in line to purchase it. I was very disappointed to hear it had been sold and I wasn't going to get the 4Runner I had been looking for. But I was probably more upset by how I had been misled, and by the clear lack of moral character exhibited by the sales associate.

My older sister just bought a brand new tundra from this location. I pointed out to her that there was a small chip in the top of the windshield, probably from the manufacturing process. She tried to call and spoke with a woman on the phone in the service department, and the woman told her that she would have to pay for a whole new windshield which amounted to over $1,000. By the time she was able to make it to the dealership for another appointment the crack had grown several inches. It was warm when she bought the truck and we recently had a freeze, so the crack grew super fast. We literally watched the crack keep growing while we were driving in the cold. We kept marking the windshield with our fingers to watch it's progress. Needless to say, when she brought her truck into her appointment and spoke with them they said that it would be covered if it was less than 6 in. When she called the crack was just a tiny chip. I wish we had pictures and evidence so unfortunately she is stuck paying for the repair. It is super bad business practice for them to sell these brand new vehicles with issues. My little sister also bought a new tundra and it now has an engine recall. We've all bought toyotas our whole life and now I'm rethinking my next purchase. I was just telling my older sister who bought the tundra from this location, I am going to trade in my rav for a 4runner. Nope. Not if they're this shady.

On December 4, my vehicle—purchased at Molle Toyota as a CPO—was towed to the Molle Toyota Service Department due to a “brake override malfunction” error. My service consultant was Justin Cristia. When we spoke that day, Justin indicated the diagnosis and possibly the repair could be completed the same day. Later in the day, Justin emailed me stating that “things had been hectic” and that he would not be able to diagnose the car until “tomorrow” On December 5, Justin informed me that the brake actuator had been replaced, which he said typically resolves the issue. However, after further testing, it was determined this was not the root cause. I struggled to understand why diagnostics were not completed prior to replacing the actuator rather than assuming it was the solution. Summary of events (Dec 6–Dec 12): No proactive updates were given; I initiated all follow-ups. Each time, I was told technicians were still troubleshooting with no estimated timeframe. On Dec 10, I emailed Justin but received no response. I contacted Jason, who assured me I would not be charged for the actuator and mentioned the Shop Foreman was involved, though often pulled away for other priorities. When I asked Jason Murray for a worst-case scenario, he estimated an ECU replacement at approximately $3,000. For comparison, Olathe Toyota quoted about $1,800, including tax, for the same repair, including parts and labor. Part number 89661-07551 ($538) and labor ($1,119) My vehicle was at the Molle Toyota service facility for eight business days. There seemed to be little urgency in diagnosing the issue, and proactive updates were minimal. I felt penalized by what seemed to be organizational inefficiencies in workload management. After 8 days, the solution was to remove an after-market remote start was removed and repairs were done to ST 1 wire due to rodent damage Seriously??? I circled back to Olathe Toyota, and they stated that this was a one-day diagnosis and a two-day fix at best. Emphasizing volume over quality is not a good way to retain once loyal customers
