It was get in and get out. I will 100% not recommend Jiffy Lube in Liberty, MO. Worst experience ever. They truly need to work on there customer service also. We delt with Amy.

- APAnalisa PetersonSep 11, 20251.0I am livid and appalled. I have been using jiffy lube for as long as I can remember and using this specific location since 2021. This morning I went in for a standard fluid top off, AGM Amy had me pull into bay 1, while has always been a little messed up and would usually scratch my lower scratch plate a little bit. Which wasn’t great but I loved the service. Amy had me pull forward and it made far more than the standard scratching noise and something thunked further back. She then had me REVERSE over the lip that caused this damage creating more damage. Then ultimately had me pull forward again. When speaking with her she insisted all that damage I heard was previously there and that nothing was wrong with my car. After the service I pull out of the bay and hear something dragging under my car. Without leaving the parking lot I got out and looked under my car and could see damage and a part dragging on the ground. I went in to talk with her about solutions as I couldn’t drive that home. She first tried to tell me it wasn’t like that when I pulled off the bay (not even 2 minutes ago) then tried to say it was fine. Amy called over Dave and they decided to have me pull into bay 3 so Dave could try to fix the dragging part. Dave is a wonderful man and a national treasure, he’s always be kind and helpful. Dave was able to fix the dragging part while Amy kept arguing that they didn’t break it and it was just my scrap plate. Throughout the whole experience Amy never apologized or had any accountability. I will very likely be contacting corporate about this and visiting my mechanic on Saturday to see the existent of the damage.
