- SCSusan CarrollNov 6, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband took our van in for an oil change. We were charged $95. The oil life indicator on the van now says 20%. It was 30% when we took it in two days ago. I checked the dipstick - there is oil, but at the very bottom of the dipstick. I called the Jiffy Lube location, where they told me I probably had a leak. I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager because he was "really busy". I then called BS and was hung up on. DO NOT USE JIFFY LUBE.

Can be hard to find a good/trusted mechanic & Keaten specifically was super nice. Made my day :)
