I came to Jiffy Lube today to get a top off. I was met by a lady who threw her hand up as if she was irritated signaling me to pull in. I get that it’s cold but I just didn’t know if it was ok to pull in yet so I said sorry to her with a smile. She was looked annoyed! I had already came in a couple weeks ago to just get my transmission fluid topped off and had no issues, everything ran smoothly. So she asks me “are you trying to get an old change” with an attitude. So I said no I just need my transmission fluid topped off. She goes into this long drawn out claim that if my transmission is sealed that they can’t put transmission fluid in it and that the transmission machine was down. So I tell her I know my transmission isn’t sealed. So she goes ok it’ll be about a 45 minute wait. Mind you I’m just getting transmission fluid. So I say ok that’s fine. She was annoyed and rudely told me to “pull into the bay all the way over there” didn’t know which specific one she could’ve been talking abo. A young man comes and asks me about the transmission fluid and starts looking into my car. She gets upset and rudely says to the guy that’s helping me “Bay 1 needs breaks” again she says it to him rudely and with an attitude! He says you said they needed an oil change. She is still being rude to him and tells him “that’s not what I said, I said breaks, I know what I said”. The young man just said ok and helped me out, I was in there no more than 10 minutes. He got me my fluid and I was off. Mind you again she said it would take 45 minutes. I don’t know what her problem is but if she’s supposed to the face or running things, you guys will quickly lose customers as well as employees because it’s all about how you talk to people! If she was irritated or annoyed she shouldn’t have came to work. It’s just that simple. I’m giving it the 2 stars because of the young man because he handled me with care and compassion! He’s really 5 stars how he handled himself as well too. The 2 stars are for Victoria and her bad attitude.
